Information for Participating teams

Welcome to the European Championships Human Powered Boats Eutin 2002!

Please note: a registration form is necessary for each person.

We prepared some plans/maps for your orientation/information:

Please follow these advices:

When you arrive please contact us before driving to the camping site. We will show you where you may build up your tents and where not. The camping site is a wonderful park with greens, trees and famous roses. So please use the place most carefully. And especially: DRIVE VERY SLOW AND CONSIDERATIONFUL.

On the first floor in the building you will also find breakfast, dinner, snacks (also for lunch) and drinks all the day. Please be so kind and do not take any whole loafs of bread, sausages and whole bottles with you. The building is non smoking area, except the terraces.

Do not jump from the boats, pontons etc. into the water - we have some shallow areas in the lake.

On Friday night (8.30 up to 11.30 p.m.) we have to avoid strange noise because the open air opera is near by. If you want you can listen to the opera (Verdi: Ein Maskenball) by boat during our candlelight driving. Small fireworks will show us the end of the opera.
